Budget Alerts
Email Configuration
To set up Budget Alerts and receive email notifications, Email Configuration must be set up.
Go to the Integrations page of the Admin Panel and configure your Code Ocean deployment to send email notifications and invitations using your own SMTP server.
Settings
By default, all admins will receive budget alert notifications. Notifications can be toggled ON and OFF for individual admins. Designated recipients will receive email alerts when a user reaches 75%, 90%, and 100% of their allocated monthly compute budget. Usage is monitored every 30 minutes.
Admins can be managed via the User Management page.
Additionally, you can enable a toggle that allows users to view their allocated monthly budget and current usage directly from their Account page.
Default User Budget
Set a default monthly compute budget for all users in the deployment. This budget tracks compute usage only and users will not be restricted upon exceeding the limit. The allocation period resets on the first day of every month.
Custom Budgets
Assign custom monthly compute budgets to individual users. These user-specific budgets will override the Default User Budget if one is defined.
