Cloud Workstation Idle Shutdown
Set the idle time in minutes (60 - 7200 minutes), after which users are prompted for confirmation prior to pausing sessions to preserve compute resources. This setting applies to all Cloud Workstations across the deployment. A Cloud Workstation is considered idle when it is utilizing <5% of its allocated CPU resources.
Optionally, allow session-level extension by switching the toggle ON. When enabled, users can choose to extend their Cloud Workstation session's idle timeout, by the number of minutes entered (1 - 7200 minutes). Once set, this time is added on top of the default duration. This setting is per-session, and when the session ends, the idle shutdown time returns to the default.

Download Settings
For organizations that need stricter data control, admins can block downloads of Data Assets and run output files via both the Code Ocean UI and public APIs, helping enforce compliance and enhance data security.

Release Run Visibility
Manage the visibility of Release Capsules and Pipelines runs.
By default, runs in Release Capsules and Pipelines are restricted to only be visible to the user who initiated the run and Admins, who are able to see all runs. This is done to maintain users' privacy and data privacy, as Releases are intended to be used by a greater audience.
If shared run visibility is required for better transparency or ease of collaboration, select Allow Shared Run Visibility to allow all Release runs to be visible to all users with access to the Release Capsule or Pipeline.
