Collecting Logs with the Support Bundle

The Support option in the Admin page provides access to the Support Bundle, which allows Admins to download a bundle of system logs files with the information required to troubleshoot various issues and share them with the Code Ocean Support team.

  1. Navigate to the Admin page

  2. Click Support

  3. Click Generate support bundle

  4. A zipped file is downloaded

Note: Generating the support bundle may take time. A notification and download link is provided once complete if you do not close or refresh the Code Ocean browser tab.
