Deactivate User

Learn to deactivate users who no longer use Code Ocean VPC.

To stop user accounts from accessing Code Ocean, you can deactivate their accounts.

1. Navigate to the Admin Panel.

2. Click User Management.

3. Select Deactivate user from the dropdown list.

4. Click Deactivate.

Note: You have the option to Extend Ownership of the user's Capsules, Pipelines, and Data Assets prior to Deactivating.
