# Collecting Logs with the Support Bundle

The **Support** option in the Admin page provides access to the Support Bundle, which allows Admins to download a bundle of system logs files with the information required to troubleshoot various issues and share them with the Code Ocean Support team.&#x20;

1. Navigate to the Admin page&#x20;
2. Click **Support**&#x20;
3. Click **Generate support bundle**
4. A zipped file is downloaded&#x20;
