# Starter Environments

## About Docker Image Management

To Build compute capsules, End-users use deployed Docker images as starter environments. You can manage and deploy Docker images for end users as a Code Ocean VPC administrator.

From the Admin Panel, click on **Starter Environments** in the sidebar to enter the Base image deployment page.
