Hugging Face Integration

Code Ocean now offers Hugging Face integration. Users can seamlessly import models directly from Hugging Face, a leading platform for machine learning and data science. This integration enables users to access a vast library of pre-trained models for various AL/ML applications in Code Ocean.

Pipeline Monitoring: Real-time Logs & Resource Summary

We've added new enhancements to our Pipeline Monitoring and giving deeper insights into Nextflow pipelines with real-time logs and resource usage summaries. These updates provide users with greater visibility and control over their pipeline performance.

• Real-time Logs: Monitor pipeline execution with live log streaming, enabling faster debugging and troubleshooting.

• Resource Summary: Get a comprehensive live view of the resources requested and used in a pipeline run, including CPU time, memory time, and the estimated costs.

With these improvements, we're making pipeline management and execution more transparent, efficient, and cost-effective.

Pipelines Enhancements

Key improvements to Pipelines ensure better compatibility and resource management:

• Nextflow 24.10.4 Support: Pipelines now support Nextflow 24.10.4, ensuring access to recent features and improvements.

• Shared Memory Allocation: Pipeline processes now have a configured shared memory size, aligning with how it's managed in Capsules for more consistent resource handling.

These updates enhance performance, compatibility, and resource efficiency in Pipelines.

Combined Data in Capsules

We're expanding the power of Combined Data by making it available not just for Pipelines, but also for Capsules. With this update, users can leverage the flexibility of Combined Data across their entire workflow, ensuring a more cohesive and efficient data experience.

Cloud Workstation Enhancements

New Cloud Workstation features improve usability and flexibility:

• Access and Manage Data in No-Code Apps: Users can now attach and detach Data Assets while running a Release CW No-Code App, allowing for greater flexibility in how they interact with their data in their Apps.

• Quick Access to Source Repository: A shortcut button has been added to the CW bar, making it easier to open the source repository directly from the CW.

These enhancements improve workflow efficiency, allowing users to maximize productivity in the Cloud Workstation.

Improved License Management

A table has been added to display the latest uploaded license, providing clear confirmation that a license has been successfully added to the deployment. This update improves clarity and streamlines license management.
