Navigating to App Panel in the Compute Capsule IDE
You can find the App Panel tab on the left-hand side in the compute capsule IDE. Click on the App Panel tab.
Locking Parameters
Changing the Input of the Parameters
Click the input box of the parameters you want to change.
Enter the value or choose a value from the drop-down menu.
Verify the changes have been made in the preview window.
Using App Panel
Run a Capsule with Parameters
To use the App Panel, make sure you have the correct input parameters and run the capsule by clicking on Run with parameters.
To verify the parameter values used in a particular run, click on the drop-down menu of the run from the Timeline, on the right side of the screen, and click on Parameter Values.
Run a Released Capsule with Parameters
Go to the released capsule
You should be in the App Panel tabs by default. Change the input parameters as you like and click on Run with parameters.
A pop-up message will show up and indicate the estimated Re-Run time. Click Proceed to continue.
To verify the parameter values used in a particular run, click on the drop-down menu of the run from the Timeline, and click on Parameter Values.
Compare Results
Drag one of the file tabs to the right so both files appear side-by-side in the viewer. You can further adjust the portion of the display for each window This way, you can compare both results easily.
You can drag the file tab to the bottom to show a top-bottom display.
